All items are handmade and show the marks of the process.The glazing effect on each piece is unique and the images are for reference only. Dimensions may vary slightly between pieces. Price shown is per item.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

You are purchasing a one-of-a-kind handmade ceramic piece therefore, subtle variation in size and color is to be expected from order to order. Color and size are photographed to be as accurate as possible but may appear slightly different from screen to screen.

Vessels and functional ware are glazed on the inside - unless noted otherwise - and will hold water.

Please read the specific dimensions listed for each piece. With that being said, these pieces are made to last and loved for many years to come.

SHIPPING 

All items are in stock, unless noted otherwise, and ready to ship. Orders are processed and mailed within five days/one week of receiving payment.
If you have special shipping requests or would like to place an order outside of what we currently offer please send an e-mail to info@valeriamuffato.com to discus product availability and shipping options.

Made to order items may take up to 6 weeks to be created and shipped out.

Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or an international carrier, within the UK it is expected to arrive within a week after shipping, though delivery dates are not guaranteed. International orders may take longer, please consider this when ordering.

International orders made be subject to duties and fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay.

 * RETURNS

We would like for you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with an item please email us – at info@valeriamuffato.com - to start the returns process within 5 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount - excluding shipping cost – will be applied to your original method of payment. We can not issue a refund until an item is physically back in the studio and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition and not damaged. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and for the safety of the product for their returns back to Valeria Muffato ceramics.
We are not responsible for lost packages, or packages that are mistakenly marked as delivered by carriers.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately so we can replace it / refund it. We will only be able to replace any damaged items / issue a refund if notified within 24 h of delivery. Write us at info@valeriamuffato.com attaching a photo of the damaged good.

* CARE

Vessels and objects are made of a durable stoneware clay, though each is still susceptible to breakage if mishandled.
If you need to clean any of your pieces, we recommend hand washing with care.

All functional items are dishwasher and food safe, however, it is recommended that you hand wash with care, or alternate beetween the two washing systems.
